The pilots of Asiana Airlines Flight 214, which crashed at the San Francisco airport on July 6, have come under increased scrutiny today, as investigators have revealed that the plane was traveling at a dangerously low speed moments before the crash.

The Boeing 777 plane was traveling 39 miles an hour below the target speed of 158 miles per hour. This is significant because planes can stall when flying at such low speeds, often resulting in malfunction.

Members of the National Transportation Safety Board are interviewing all four pilots from the plane this week during their ongoing investigation.

  1. The final part leaves in a good cliffhanger, this setup is very newsworthy and something to talk about.
